二十世纪六十年代美国发生了一连串的事件。对内，反种族歧视民权意识高涨，马丁·路德·金在林肯纪念堂前发表著名演讲“I have a dream”；对外，背负著‘越战’沉重的包袱，国内反越战的声音也甚嚣尘上。内忧外患之际，美国人民的梦在精神领袖约翰·肯尼迪总统倒下的一刻，也跟着粉碎了！

这就是歌曲《寂静之音》（The Sound Of Silence）的诞生背景，保罗·西蒙曾表示：“这并不是在说我正在经历的一些深沉的、深远的层次——没有人听我说话，没有人听任何人说话——那是一种后青春期的焦虑感，但它自有它的某种真实，并且将与千百万人相共鸣。”

本片由 Epic Music VN 的 Pokelance 剪辑制作，收录剪辑以二战为主题的战争题材游戏，包括CG预告与游戏画面。音乐使用的是游戏“Battlefield 1 – Sound Of Silence – Cinematic Movie“的翻唱版本，音乐气势恢宏，相比之前曾听到过轻柔版本，这首听觉节奏更加有力道。
